What we collect
Usage and analytics
Aggregated page views, device/browser data, and referrers via Google Analytics to understand which content is most useful.
Security signals
Cloudflare Turnstile tokens and basic server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used to block bots and keep forms available.
How and why we use data
Responding to you
We use contact form details to schedule calls, answer questions, and send materials you request. Legal basis: performance of a contract or legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Operating and improving the site
Analytics and security data help us measure performance, detect abuse, and keep the site available. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure, useful website.
Keeping communications optional
If we ever send updates beyond a direct reply, we will ask for your consent first and you can opt out at any time.
Retention
Contact details are kept for the duration of the conversation or engagement, then archived or deleted when no longer needed. Security logs are typically rotated within 90 days unless required for investigations.
Third-party services
We work with a small set of processors under data protection agreements:
- Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on forms; processes IP address and browser characteristics to issue a security token.
- Google Analytics for aggregated usage insights; we do not use this data to build individual profiles.
- Hosting and email providers to run the website and deliver your messages to us.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is stored in the EU where possible; some providers may process data in other regions with appropriate safeguards.

Control your data
- Access and receive a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request corrections or deletion where applicable.
- Ask us to restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent for any optional communications.
Questions or complaints
If you believe your rights were not respected, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
